· A smile
· A heart (the bigger the better)
· Some bravery
Method
1. Open the mind.
2. Use the bravery to approach the one or more people that you don’t know.
3. Apply a smile liberally across the face
4. If step 3 has not worked repeat steps 1-3 again as many times as necessary
5. Welcome the one or more people into your heart
6. This needs to take place somewhere where you can both meet

Method:
Marinade the full moon with 12 hours of moon light. Add the
pinch of silence and sift. Wait until set and add the well-suited couple and
stir for 10 minutes before adding the shining rain to perfect.

Sleep

A toy to cuddle

Lots of dark
·
A busy productive day
Method
Prepare your room to a good temperature. Add fluffy pillows
to taste. Set aside your busy day. Lay your cover over your bed. Lightly mix in
dark until the room is at desired level. Add cuddly toy. Rest until morning.
Repeat next evening.

5 deep breaths

A long pause
Method:
Take 5 deep
breaths and gently fold in a long pause until soft. Add the perspective and
infuse with lavender. When ready bend the ears of your friend/partner/family
until a sense of calmness floods into your whole being.
