Recipe for Meeting New People
Ingredients
· At least one person (but the more the better)
   NB. You need to not know this person already
· A mind
· A smile
· A heart (the bigger the better)
· Some bravery
Method
1. Open the mind.
2. Use the bravery to approach the one or more people that you don’t know.
3. Apply a smile liberally across the face
4. If step 3 has not worked repeat steps 1-3 again as many times as necessary
5. Welcome the one or more people into your heart
6. This needs to take place somewhere where you can both meet

Ingredients:
· 1 oyster / or a bike
· A tonne of patience
· 1 A to Z
· A pinch of craziness
· A sanctuary
· 4 rechargeable batteries
Method:
A work in progress – mix all of the above ingredients in varying amounts according to taste, mood and disposition

Recipe for Romance
Ingredients:
·         1 Full moon
·         A well-suited couple
·         12 hours of moonlight
·         Pinch of silence
·         1 shining rain

Method:
Marinade the full moon with 12 hours of moon light. Add the pinch of silence and sift. Wait until set and add the well-suited couple and stir for 10 minutes before adding the shining rain to perfect.

Recipe for a Good Laugh
Ingredients:
·         One or more people
·         A few memories, thoughts and ideas
·         Open minds
·         Closed eyes (as per your choice)
·         A relaxed atmosphere
·         Some essence of playfulness

Method:
Open one room of relaxed atmosphere and add one or more people. Ensuring eyes are sealed instill them with open minds and allow memories thoughts and ideas to mix together infused with the essence of playfulness

Recipe for a Good Night’s Sleep
Ingredients:
·         A comfy pillow
·         Your favourite cover
·         A toy to cuddle
·         Lots of dark
·         A busy productive day

Method
Prepare your room to a good temperature. Add fluffy pillows to taste.  Set aside your busy day.  Lay your cover over your bed. Lightly mix in dark until the room is at desired level. Add cuddly toy. Rest until morning. Repeat next evening.

Recipe for Not Knowing
Ingredients
·         5 days of disconnection from the internet
·         A cooking project
·         A sheet of plain paper and pens
·         A bottle of red wine
Method
1.       Disconnect the internet.
2.       Pour a glass of wine.
3.       Get ingredients together for your cooking project.
4.       Pour negative ideas onto paper. 
5.       Pour another glass of wine. 
6.       Cook.
7.       Get the last bit of negativity on paper.
8.       Eat

Recipe for Patience
Ingredients:
·         A large pinch of perspective
·         A bunch of lavender
·         2 ears of a supportive friend/partner/family member
·         5 deep breaths
·         A long pause

Method:

Take 5 deep breaths and gently fold in a long pause until soft. Add the perspective and infuse with lavender. When ready bend the ears of your friend/partner/family until a sense of calmness floods into your whole being.
